Our Admissions team is here to guide you through every step of the process and make joining our school as smooth as possible

Whether you are relocating to Warsaw or already living here, our admissions process is designed to be transparent, supportive, and personalised — just like our approach to education.

Application

The application process at Thames British School

Step 1

Submit an enquiry using the form on this page. A member of our Admissions team will contact you to discuss the next steps and arrange a school visit.

Step 2

Depending on their age, your child will be invited to school for a trial day, or an interview with a member of the school Leadership Team.

Step 3

Following your visit, you will be invited to complete the application form and submit the required documentation. Depending on how old your child is and their language background, they may be invited to complete an English assessment.

Step 4

Our team will review your application and let you know if you have been offered a place at the school.

Step 5

To secure your child’s place, simply complete the enrolment form and sign the contract.
